Meet and Assist Service on Arrival
Guests are met and assisted at the airport.
On clearing immigration and customs, guests
and baggage are transferred to the hotel in vehicles or coaches.
Welcome Banner and Logo Signage Guests are welcomed
to Korea with a prominently displayed banner either at the airport or the hotel.
Coach Transfers to Hotel
Coaches and minibuses utilized for transfers and excursions
are of luxury standard and are air-conditioned, ensuring guests are transferred in comfort.
Refreshments during Transfer
Refreshing cold towels and beverages are distributed on
the coach during the transfer to the hotel.
Fast Transfer for Group Leader
The VIP or group leader is cleared ahead of their guests,
and transferred separately to the hotel in order to welcome the group on arrival.

Check-in and Welcome Cocktail
Guests are pre-registered and need only sign and collect keys
from a private venue. Welcome cocktails and eats are served during check-in.
Baggage
Baggage is la belled and hotel porters distribute them to the rooms.
Company Flags
By prior arrangement, flags, provided by the client may be flown on
the hotel flag-staffs during the period of stay of the group in the hotel.
Welcome Packs for Guests at Check-in
These include:
- General information on the country, its customs, currency exchange etc. as well as a map of South Africa
- Agenda of programme
- Welcome letter from the General Manager of the hotel or CEO of your company
- Stamped picture postcards to mail home
Option: The host company logo can be printed on the welcome pack or any of the incentive gifts.
Room Drops or Pillow Gifts
Participants are given special gifts for them to enjoy during their stay,
or to take home as a keep-sake. Gifts can vary or can be unique to the group.
Some of the gifts may include:
- Arrangement of Proteas
- Personalized presentation pack of estate wine
- An assortment of customized Bridge Travel Tours & Incentives gifts
- Traditional, ethnic artifacts and curios.
Gala Theme Dinners
We also organize gala theme dinners such as
"Yangban(Nobleman) Dinner", "Bulgogi & Galbi Dinner" Party.
